Fall Family Session {Tripp and Lexie}

This mama contacted me a while back to get the ball rolling on this session, so I was so excited to finally meet this precious family last weekend!  I’m so thankful that we had perfect weather and that the fall color was finally starting to show off a bit.  This baby girl is one lucky lady!  Her big brother was so gentle and sweet with her.  It was pretty obvious he was smitten and will definitely be the protective type a few years down the road!  Man, I always wanted a big brother (no offense to my little sis)!!  Enjoy.

Help! What Do We Wear?

I often have clients ask for help styling their “look” for a shoot.  Having two young children myself, I know it can be overwhelming trying to decide how to dress everyone.  The key is subtle coordination.  No need for everyone to match.  This is a great article that nails my philosophy!  She lists a few of her go-to companies for great kids’ clothes…add Boden to that list!  I am often inspired by my clients’ photo styling…you guys have some great ideas!  Don’t be afraid to try something a bit fun and different : )

The Organic Bloom Frames {in color}

I ordered color swatches for the frames and they are in!  There are so many it’s a bit overwhelming.  Especially for someone suffering from chronic indecisiveness like me.  I want a BIG one for my office…I’m thinking retro teal.  We shall see.  Y’all, if you are thinking about ordering up a few of these for Christmas presents (insert cute picture of child or yourself into frame, give to grandma, and maintain your status as “favortite” relative) now is the time!!  Price list coming soon to freshgracephotography.com under information.

Mini Sessions Sneaks

So I took more pictures during my mini-sessions than I do during a full-length shoot.  What is my problem??  I guess I feel the pressure of the clock ticking, so I just snap away to make sure I get those “great shots”.  What ends up happening is that I have hundreds of images to sort through and pick from…and LOTS of really sweet ones!  I just can’t ever make anything easy on myself.  Here are a few that I am loving so far.  I’m thinking this might deserve two posts so stay tuned for more fun.  Beautiful fall day and beautiful families!  Thanks to all who came out!

Create A Christmas Card 2011

Ok, folks, streamlined Christmas card ordering.  Now that’s what I’m talking about!!  If you had a shoot with me over this past year, I still have your images on file.  So this means all you have to do is tell me what you want, and cards will be delivered right to you.  Who says there is no Santa Claus??  No uploading, no sizing and cropping, no hassle.  Cards are 4×6 and, of course, envelopes are included.

$35 for the first 25 cards and after that $10 for each additional 10 (25 card min.)

Send an email to laurenwinter@bellsouth.net with the following:

1. Tell me the design #.

2. Tell me the wording (I’ll customize all the wording to suit you)

3.Tell me the image # from our shoot (if you are unsure, just ask).  Or email me your own photo.

4.Tell me how many you need. (25 minimum, after that add quantities of 10)

I will send you an email proof before I send them to the printer.

Didn’t have a shoot with me but still want to order cards?  Just send an email to laurenwinter@bellsouth.net so we can set up a session or you can email me one of your photos to put on your cards!  No problemo.
